Utica Man Arrested On Outstanding Warrants

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man was arrested on Sunday after leading Utica Police officers on a foot chase through several backyards on the 1500 block of West Street, police said.

Justin Phillips, 29, was wanted on numerous outstanding warrants.

Police say Phillips had three open warrants with the UPD and one each with the Oneida County Sheriff's Office, New Hartford and Watertown Police Departments.

Phillips was also charged with resisting arrest.
