Utica Man Arrested On Sex Abuse Charge

A Utica man has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a 15-year old.

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center says the incident involving David Moody happened in the City of Utica.

Moody was charged with sex abuse.

An order of protection was requested for the victim against Moody.

The victim has been offered counseling services through the CAC.
