Utica Man Arrested On Sexual Abuse Charge

A Utica man has been arrested following an investigation by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.

30-year old Joseph Pryor is accused of inappropriate sexual contact with a child under the age of 15 that began in September of last year.

Pryor is charged with sexual abuse, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was sent to the Oneida County jail on  $5,000 bail.
