Utica Man Arrested Twice For Circumventing Ignition Interlock Device

A Utica man was arrested twice within five days for allegedly circumventing the ignition interlock device on his vehicle.

Utica Police stopped 28-year old Kevin Gottlieb in the area Genesee and Eagle Streets.

Gottlieb was also charged with DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation

He had just been arrested for driving under the influence of drugs and circumventing the ignition interlock device of his car
