Utica Man Charged In 2006 Assault

A Utica man has been arrested in connection with an assault that happened in October 2006.

Utica Police say 51-year old Charles Kulick allegedly struck a man with an unknown object during an argument over a woman.

The man sustained a cut to his face which required 17 staples to close and.also suffered a fracture to his neck.

Police say Kulick, who was charged with assault, had fled the state after the incident but has since returned to Utica.
