Utica Man Charged In Domestic Dispute

A Utica man is facing charges after allegedly stabbing his girlfriend during a domestic dispute.

23-year old Nizam Rascic was charged with assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon.

Utica Police say Rascic stabbed his girlfriend on her finger, forearm and shoulder blade with a large kitchen knife.

The victim also sustained several bruises on her arms and back.
