Utica Man Charged In Graffiti Incidents

Utica, NY (WIBX) – A Utica man has been arrested and charged with multiple graffiti related offenses.
Utica Police say over the last year and-a-half, several locations in West Utica have been victimized by graffiti.
21-year old Jonathon Grieco-Wolak is charged with five counts each of trespass, making graffiti and possession of graffiti instruments.
