Utica Man Charged In Sexual Assault

A two-week investigation by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center has led to the arrest of a Utica man.

43-year old Nelson Irizarry is charged with criminal sexual act.

The alleged incident took place last month in Utica.

The victim has been offered counseling through the CAC.
