Utica Man Charged In Shots Fired Incident On Dudley Ave

A Utica man has been arrested in a shots fired incident that took place on the 1500 block of Dudley Avenue on Saturday.

22-year old Gill Cepeda was charged with reckless endangerment.

Utica Police say Cepeda allegedly fired a shot from a long gun from a moving vehicle.

They say the incident was related to an argument that had occurred earlier.

Police say investigators were able to recover two long guns.
