Utica Man Charged With Burglary

A Utica man has been arrested and charged with burglary after allegedly entering the home of a relative and stealing a video camera.

According to New Hartford Police, Paul Lewis, 31, then sold the camera to a pawn shop.

Lewis was sent to the Oneida County Jail on $20,000 bail.
