Utica Man Charged With Criminal Contempt

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man has been charged with criminal contempt stemming from an incident at the Sangertown Mall.
New Hartford Police say 32-year old William Gonzalez showed up at the place of  employment of a woman who worked at the mall.

Police say that violated an Oneida County Family Court order of protection.

Gonzalez was issued an appearance ticket and will be in New Hartford Town Court to answer the charge.
