Utica Man Charged With Criminal Sexual Act

A Utica man has been arrested for allegedly engaging in sexual acts with a child under 11-years old in 2008.

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center says 25-year old Anquan Murdock is charged with criminal sexual act.

He was sent to the County jail on $20,000 bail.

The case has been forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for grand jury consideration.
