Utica Man Charged With DWI

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man is charged with DWI after he was allegedly found slumped over the steering wheel of his car with the engine running.

Utica Police say an officer discovered 46-year-old Hase Makic at around 3:00 Thursday morning on the 700 block of Oswego Street.

Makic was later released an issued two tickets for driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or more.
