A Utica man is facing several charges after repeatedly forcing his way into multiple neighbor's apartments.

Police say 48 year old Rondell Kinsey allegedly first walked into a John Street store and slapped the clerk before heading to three different apartments.

Kinsey was said to have forced his way into three different apartments between 10:45 p.m. Thursday night and 6:45 a.m. Friday morning.

He refused to leave each apartment until police were called and reportedly broke one neighbor's door with a kick.

Kinsey was taken into custody by Utica Police and charged with multiple counts of criminal trespass and harassment.
