Utica Man Charged With Marijuana Possession After Traffic Stop
A Utica man was arrested for allegedly possessing four pounds of marijuana following a traffic stop in Albany County.
State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 in the Town of Bethlehem for vehicle and traffic violations
Troopers say they found about four grams of marijuana in the console of the vehicle and another four pounds was located in the trunk
38-year old Julius Labeda, who was a passenger in the vehicle, told police the marijuana belonged to him, according to officials.
Labeda is charged with criminal possession of marijuna and unlawful possession of marijuana.
