Utica Man Charged With Rape

An investigation by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center has led to the arrest of a Utica man.

25-year old Daniel Porter is charged with rape.

Investigators say Porter allegedly had a sexual relationship with a child under the age of 15.

The case has been turned over to the District Attorney's Office for grand jury consideration.
