Utica Man Charged With Rape

A Utica man has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a child.

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center says 52-year old James Greene had sex with a child under the age of 17 in Utica.

Greene is charged with rape.  He's being held in the County Jail without bail.

The victim has been offered counseling services through the Child Advocacy Center.
