Utica Man Charged With Selling Drugs As They Check Out A Man At The Knock Out

Police say a Utica man was caught with his pants on – both pairs of them. In one he was allegedly carrying a baggie full of heroin.
Utica Police were called to Knock Out Pizza on Eagle Street where they were told someone was selling drugs.
Police say they questioned 19-year old Meris Alibasic who matched the description of the suspect. He reportedly replied that he did nothing wrong but that officers could search him. They did and found that he was wearing two pairs of pants and carrying a large sum of money. A bag, believed to contain heroin, was hidden in one of the pants.
Alibasic is facing several charges of criminal possession.
