Utica Man Charged With Sending Indecent Material To A Minor

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center has arrested Utica man for allegedly sending indecent material to a minor.

Investigators say 32-year old Antwan Miller sent a nude photograph to the Facebook Messenger account of a 13-year old girl.

Miller is charged with  attempted disseminating indecent material to a minor.

The victim has been offered counseling through the Child Advocacy Center.
