Utica Man Charged With Sex Offense

A Utica man has been arrested for a sex offense.

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center says 24-year old Pee Sho Chat allegedly had sex with a girl who was under 15 years old.

Chat is charged with rape.

An order of protection has been issued on behalf of the victim.

The victim has been offered services through the Child Advocacy Center.
