Utica Man Charged With Stealing Cellphones

A Utica man is facing burglary and grand larceny charges for allegedly stealing three cell phones from the stock room at the Sangertown Mall Radio Shack.

New Hartford Police say 46-year old Vincent Heyward took the phones, valued at over $1,000 and sold them at a local pawn shop.

One of the phones was recovered.

Heyward  was arraigned and sent to the Oneida County jail on $5,000 bail.
