Utica Man Faces Felony Charge

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man is facing charges after being arrested for making threats.

New Hartford Police say 41-year-old Kevin Rothstein was arrested after they received a call from a woman saying she had an Order of Protection against him, but he had allegedly called her and threatened to harm her.

Rothstein faces one count of felony criminal contempt and one count of aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor.

He was arraigned in the Town of New Hartford Court and sent to the Oneida County Correctional Facility.
