Utica Man Faces Multiple Public Lewdness Charges

A Utica man is facing public lewdness charges stemming from several incidents which took place in the Commercial Drive area in New Hartford.

New Hartford Police say over the past three months, 63-year old Stephen Kuzina allegedly committed lewd acts in the parking lots of numerous businesses while sitting inside a vehicle.

Kuzina is charged with three counts of public lewdness.  Police say additional charges are possible.

New Hartford Police were assisted in the investigation by the Utica Police Department CID.
