Utica Man Facing Charges In Discovery of Mobile Meth Lab

A Utica man is facing charges after a mobile meth lab was found on the 14-hundred block of Ney Avenue.

27-year old Eric Bailey was taken into custody on Tuesday evening following a brief foot chase.

Whitestown Police say Bailey is charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and obstructing governmental administration.

He's being held in the Oneida County jail without bail.

Police say the investigation into the incident is continuing and more arrests may be possible.
