Utica Man Facing Drug Charges

An investigation into the sale of drugs in Utica has led to the arrest of a resident of the Utica Rescue Mission.

Utica Police say 48-year old Michael Peters was stopped on Eagle Street and was allegedly found to be in possession of heroin and marijuana.

Peters is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of unlawful possession of marijuana.
