Utica Man Facing Drug Charges

A Utica man is facing drug charges after he was allegedly found to be in possession of heroin and marijuana.

Utica Police were interviewing 36-year old Larry Lewis on the 15-hundred block of Dudley Avenue as part of Operation GIVE, or the Gun Involved Violence Elimination initiative.

They say during the course of the interview, Lewis was found to be in possession of the drugs.

Lewis was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
