Man Facing Drug Charges
Utica, NY (WIBX) – A two-month investigation by State Police into drug trafficking in Utica has led to the arrest of a Utica man.
28-year old Miguel Heredia was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of marijuana.
Police say they seized crack cocaine, marijuana, scales and packaging materials after executing a no-knock search warrant at 405 Nichols Street.
Heredia, who is on parole, was sent to the Oneida County Jail on $25,000 bail.
Authorities say further charges are pending.
