Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man is facing drug charges after Utica Police officers allegedly saw a "hand-to-hand" transaction coming from a car in a parking lot at Brayton Park Place and Whitesboro Street.

Police say 35-year old Marcus Stevens was in possession of cocaine and marijuana.

He was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and resisting arrest.

Stevens is currently on New York State Parole.
