Utica Man Facing Drug Charges

A Utica man has been arrested after an investigation into the sale of heroin at the corner of Highland and Downer Avenues in Utica.

26-year old David Reinhardt is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Utica Police say Reinhardt was allegedly in possession of 25 envelopes of heroin.
