Utica Man Facing Menacing Charges

A Utica man is facing numerous charges for allegedly threatening to shoot several children at Gilmore Village.

Utica Police say 53-year old  Alexander Zaishnikov threatened to shoot the children -- who were pulling leaves off a tree -- with a rifle

Police say they recovered two rifles.

Zaishnikov is charged wit seven counts of menacing, seven counts of endangering the welfare of a child and criminal possession of a weapon.
