Utica Man Facing Petit Larceny Charges For Rite Aid Theft

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man is facing a Petit Larceny charge for allegedly shoplifting from Rite Aid on Genessee Street. 51-year-old Matthew Hamilton of Plant Street, is accused of trying to leave the store with Benzedrex Inhalers without paying for them. Hamilton was issued an appearance ticket, and will answer the charge at a later date in Utica City Court.
