Utica Man Facing Rape Charge

A Utica man has been arrested following an investigation by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center into alleged sexual encounters that took place in Utica in late 2014.

47-year old Gregory Franklin, Sr. is charged with rape.  He was arraigned and sent to the County Jail on $20,000 bail.

The case has been referred to the District Attorney’s Office for Grand Jury consideration.
