Utica Man Facing Rape Charge

A Utica man has been arrested following an investigation by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.

21-year old Nicholas Force is charged with rape.

Authorities say the alleged sexual assault happened between November and December of last year in Chadwicks.

The victim has been offered counseling through the Child Advocacy Center.
