Utica Man Facing Two Felonies Following Domestic Incident
A Utica man has been arrested after allegedly violating a 'Stay Away' Order of Protection.
According to Oneida County Sheriff Maciol, deputies charged 33-year-old Brandon J. Hanrahan after they say he called his ex-girlfriend at her job in Westmoreland.
During the call, Hanrahan told his ex-girlfriend that he was a member of the Sheriff's Office Road Patrol.
As part of the 'Stay Away' Order of Protection Hanrahan is not permitted to even contact with the subject. As a result of his alleged actions, he's facing Criminal Contempt and Criminal Impersonation, both class E felonies.
Hanrahan is awaiting arraignment at the Oneida County Jail.
