Utica Man Facing Weapons Charges In Herkimer County

A Utica man is facing weapons charges after police executed a search warrant at his place of business in the Town of Schuyler.

The Herkimer County Sheriff's Office searched Re-Utilize CNY located on Route 5.

Jonathon Smoulcey was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.

He was arraigned in Town of Schuyler Court and released after posting $2,500 bail.
