Utica Man Sentenced For Cocaine Trafficking

A Utica man has been sentenced to 130 months in prison for cocaine trafficking and conspiracy

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, the charges against 36-year old Jeffrey Rivera stemmed from a multi-agency investigation that began in 2016 into the drug trafficking activities of Rivera and his co-conspirators in and around Utica.

Rivera was also ordered to serve five years of post-release supervision and to forfeit $13,400 in drug proceeds.
