Utica Police Arrest Robbery Suspect

A man has been arrested in connection with a robbery that happened last week on the 100 block of Whitesboro Street

Utica Police say Thomas Tyman is charged with robbery, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon

Tyman was allegedly in possession of a knife was he was arrested.
