Utica Police Asking for Help Identifying Suspect in Cell Phone Theft

Police are asking for help identifying the suspect in the theft of a cellular telephone from a local convenience store.

According to a written release from the Utica Police Department the suspect allegedly took the device from a clerk at the Byrne Dairy on Auert Avenue in Utica on Sunday, November 1, 2015.
