Utica, NY (WIBX) - Police say that an investigation into a robbery and stabbing is active and ongoing.

A man was walking home from the store when another man walked up to him demanding money.  After robbing his victim, the man then stabbed him in the stomach.

The incident took place on the 1500 block of Genesee Street in Utica on December 6, 2012 at 10:00pm.  Police say they have few leads in the case and are looking for the public's assistance.

The suspect is described as a black teen about five feet tall and was last seen wearing a Nike hooded sweatshirt, white sneakers, and dark pants.  It is safe to say that the teen suspect has changed clothes since the crime last week.
