Utica Police Chief Mark Williams joined WIBX 950′s First Look to discuss the growing Bath Salts epidemic on Wednesday morning (July 18, 2012).
The chief also touched on several other topics including a spike in vehicle break-ins, the city’s quality of life sweeps and a recent operation impact grant the city recieved:
