Utica Police Department Holds Awards Ceremony
Nearly 50 officers were honored today at the Utica Police Department's 88th annual Awards Ceremony at the Radisson Hotel in Utica.
Chief Mark Williams says it's a chance to recognize the officers for the outstanding police work they've done over the last year.
