Utica Police Department Welcomes Ten New Recruits

The Utica Police Department is welcoming ten new recruits to its ranks.

A swearing-in ceremony was held on Friday at Utica City Hall.

The new recruits will begin a 26-week training at the Mohawk Valley Police Academy on Monday.

The new recruits are:

• Christopher Volmer

• Andrew Miller
