Utica Police Investgate Shots Fired On West Street

Utica Police are investigating a shots fired incident on the 1500 block of West Street. It happened at about 3:45 Saturday morning.

Officers canvassed the neighborhood and could not find any evidence or witnesses.

About an hour later, a woman on the 15000 block of Steuben Street called police to say she found a bullet in the door of her freezer.

Officers found a bullet hole in the wall and it's believed that the bullet passed through an exterior wall and into the freezer.
