Utica Police Investigate 33 Thefts From Vehicles In May

Utica, NY (WIBX) – Utica Police are again reminding residents to leave nothing valuable inside their vehicle and to keep their car doors locked at all times.

This after police investigated 33 reported larcenies from motor vehicles in the month of May.

The thefts took place in all areas of the city.   (see map to left for locations)

Police say larcenies from vehicles are crimes of opportunity and the tips are intended to keep you from becoming a crime victim.
