Utica Police Investigate Shots Fired

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica Police are investigating a report of "shots fired."

 It happened just before 11:45 yesterday morning at the intersection of Dudley Avenue and Arthur Street.

There was no report of a shooting victim or property damage.

Officers did recover several spent shell casings.
