Utica Police Investigate Shots Fired In East Utica

Utica Police are investigating a shots fired incident in the area of Girard Street and Tilden Avenue.

It happened just before 5:00 Tuesday afternoon.

Officers found spent bullet casings in the road at Laura Street and Tilden Avenue, Rutger Street and Tilden Avenue and Tilden Avenue and Lansing Street.
