Utica Police Investigate Shots Fired On West Street

Utica Police are investigating a "shots fired" incident on the 1600 block of West Street.

When officers arrived early Sunday morning, they found 14 spent shell casings in front of the house.  Police also found several bullet holes in the bumper of a vehicle parked in the driveway and damage to an upstairs apartment window.

A new model Jeep Cherokee was seen in the area.
