Utica Police Investigate Two Shootings

Utica Police are investigating a pair of shootings that happened  Monday night.

Police say a man was taken to the hospital by a private vehicle after being shot on the 1000 block of Albany Street.  He's in stable condition.

Officers also responded to the hospital for a report of a gunshot victim who walked into the ER.  Police say the victim, who was shot at the intersection of Oswego and Francis Streets, was treated and released.

They say at this time, it does not appear that the shootings are related.
