Utica Police Investigating Nichols Street Shooting

Utica Police are investigating a shooting that took place Wednesday morning in East Utica.

Police say a man was shot several times on the 400 block of Nichols Street.

The man was taken to the hospital and the extent of his injuries is not known

Police are looking for a suspect who fled on foot following the shooting.
