Utica Police Looking For Missing Teen

The Utica Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing teen.

16-year old Guy Cooke is 5’5, 140 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair.

Police say he left a local residential facility on March 17th and has not been seen since.
